- ...I moved around laundry and unloaded the dishwasher.
- ...I sang to the top my lungs at church today.
- ...Two people noticed my outfit that I put together neatly.
- ...I helped a friend with her children.
- ...I sent two text message to support a friend, paid attention at church...by not sleeping
